How Do I Stop Outlook From Starting Each New Line With Uppercase Letters?
Microsoft Outlook is personal email software that comes bundled with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. It is also available as a stand-alone application. By default, Outlook denotes the beginning of a new sentence when you either use a period or press the "Enter" key to start a new line. If you are writing an informal email or attempting to send out a message or newsletter where this feature conflicts with your desired format, turn this option off.

Tips & Warnings
Outlook's "AutoCorrect Options" section is modeled after the options available in Microsoft Word. The above process also works for most versions of Word.
Make sure to turn the "Capitalize first letter of sentences" option back on before sending an email that requires sentence breaks.
