How to Fix Input Lag in "Tekken 6"
In fighting games like "Tekken 6," the difference between winning and losing can be as small as a mistimed button press. Because of this, it is important for there to be as little input lag as possible when playing against players online. While there is no way to eliminate input lag entirely, there are a number of steps you can take to reduce the input lag you experience while playing "Tekken 6."

Connect your Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 game console to the Internet via a wired Ethernet connection. Wired connections are more reliable than wireless connections and will reduce your input lag.

Close any application on any computers connected to the same Internet connection that may be using your Internet bandwidth. This includes, but is not limited to, Web browsers, download applications and streaming applications. These applications use your Internet connections bandwidth, so closing them will reduce your input lag.

Connect your controller or fight stick to your console via a wired connection. Wireless controllers have a small amount of input lag associated with them because of the wireless connection between the controller and the system.
