How to Make a Scalloped Border in PaintShop Pro
PaintShop Pro comes with a number of picture frames you can apply to new or existing images. Although a scalloped border isn't one of these, you can create your own. The Paint Brush tool allows you to make different designs and textures, including a scalloped border. The continuous option in the Paint Brush tool handles the spacing between brushes. A hard brush tip works best for scalloped borders. It makes the zigzag or semi-circular patterns in the border more visible around the edges of an object.
