How to Lay Roof Paper

When hot-mopping a gravel roof, roofers install layers of #30 tar paper, also called roofing felt. This 30-pound paper protects the roof’s wood sheathing from wind and rain. After applying a layer of roof paper, cover it with a layer of tar and alternate paper and tar layers until the roof is the desired thickness. Does this Spark an idea?
