How to Post to Craigslist From Microsft Publisher
Microsoft Publisher is a program that lets you create business cards, flyers, postcards, newsletters and other published documents. Although Publisher does not have a feature that lets you directly post to Craigslist you can export your Publisher file as an image, then manually post it to use it as a Craigslist classified.

Click on the "File" button inside the Publisher interface to save your project.

Name the file, then select the file type as "JPG." Click on "Save."

Upload the saved photo to a photo-sharing site like Flickr, Photobucket or Imagebucket. Once the photo is uploaded, copy the direct URL to the photo.

Visit the Craigslist website for your city (or the nearest city).

Click on "Post to Classifieds" then select the category and sub-category. Title the listing and include a price and location.

Click on "Continue" to preview the listing with the embedded Publisher file. Click on "Edit Again" if you want to add text above or below the file or click on "Continue" to submit your listing.
