Choose the sizes of fake nails you will put on each finger, and decide which nails will get charms. This can be all of your nails, a few select ones, or maybe just one nail on each hand.
-
2
Slowly poke a hole through the end of the nail, with a safety pin. This should be past the end of your finger. Do this on all of the nails that are getting charms.

3
Follow the directions on the nail package, and glue the nails on your fingers. Wait for them to dry, and then paint as you wish. Wait for the nails to dry. Painting over the holes shouldn't be a problem, because you can easily poke the pin back through.

4
Open a jump ring with pliers, and slide it through the hole you created. Slide your charm through the jump ring, and then close the jump ring with the pliers. Continue this pattern on as many charms as you intend to put on the fake nails.

5
Hold your hands in front of you, to see if you like the way they look. Adjust charms or add more accordingly.
