The 1440 x 900 resolution is often used on 190-inch LCD monitors.

The 1440 x 900 resolution is the native resolution for many 16:10 widescreen displays. Typically, the optimal refresh rate for these types of displays is 60Hz. If Windows is not running in the native resolution, the image may appear stretched or blurry. Access the Windows Display Properties component to change the settings of your 1440 x 900 display.
