How to Adjust Your Edge Comp Box Chip
An Edge Comp box is a performance enhancing box that is installed in the engine of a vehicle in order to monitor and optimize fuel consumption. The Edge Comp box features a chip that triggers five adjustable levels of power between 40 and 120 horsepower in the engine. Once the comp box is installed, this chip can be fully controlled from the Edge Comp Box monitor located on the dashboard of the vehicle while you drive. You must be driving off-road or in an official competition to legally own and operate a Comp Box in your vehicle.

Press the grey "Power" button for 2 seconds. A "Low Boost Fueling" submenu for "Level 1" will appear. This setting will reduce the amount of smoke that is produced as a result of extra fuel being injected into the engine. Press the arrow button that points to the right on the monitor and click "OK" on "Level 1."

Continue making adjustments throughout the remainder of your drive, using both the right and left arrow on the monitor to adjust the chip's power gain levels and low boost fueling according to the terrain you are driving on. "Level 5" in the main menu will inject the maximum amount of fuel into the engine and thus power the engine to its full capacity, so use this setting when you are driving up a steep hill. "Level 5" in the sub menu will reduce the smoke emitted by large fuel injections, so use this setting if you see a lot of smoke coming from the exhaust of your vehicle.
