How to Import a DTD to an SGML File in Arbortext Editor
A Document Type Definition file is a file format that specifies elements used in XML, HTML and SGML files. It is also an older standard for defining XML files, and the XML Schema Definition file is the newer standard. Arbortext Editor is an XML-based program that is designed to send documents through the Internet. SGML files are similar to XML files and are created for interoperability among applications. You can convert your DTD to an XSD and then use Microsoft Word to save your file in an XML format compatible with Arbortext Editor.
