How to Build a Rhino Steel System
The purchase of steel buildings is a common practice among farmers and consumers that require additional storage or housing facilities. Many companies supply buildings that you can assemble yourself, one of which is Rhino Steel Systems. The fabrication of a Rhino steel building requires only common tools and techniques and has been designed for the self-assembled consumer. Depending on your needs and the size of the structure, you may need to have a few extra people to aid in lifting and holding the heavier pieces. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Adjust the screw gun clutch so that the screws don’t strip out the neoprene washers of the self-drilling screws as they tighten the panels to the building structure.
-
2
Lay out the main steel structure on the area you will place the building. Assemble the pieces according to the manufacturers’ instructions. All connections of the steel structure are made using nuts and bolts included with the building materials. The building construction requires no welding. The order of building assembly starts with the exterior walls.

3
Place the exterior walls and trusses according to the blueprints. Often, the trusses are attached without the aid of a forklift. The final stage of construction is the attachment of the interior walls.
-
4
Add the rafter layer of the structure by lifting it with a forklift or the assistance of a helper. If using a forklift, ensure that the forklift you choose exceeds the height requirements of the rafter layer.
-
5
Attach the walls within the structure using the self-drilling screws shipped with the building materials. Attach each joint between walls to the surrounding walls and ceiling.
-
6
Generate your materials list from the enclosed materials guide when placing an order for all finishing products to complete both the exterior and interior of the building. The Rhino Steel System supplies all interior and exterior walls for the building. The construction is steel studs and rafters. Exterior materials can be applied to the outside walls and include siding, brick or wood depending on your preferences. Each interior room will require drywall, insulation and finishing work such as doors, cabinets and flooring.
