How to Make Censor Bars in Photoshop
Censor bars, usually colored black, are used to cover up bits of pictures that the creator doesn't want others to see: identifying objects, such as signs or faces in a photo that the creator wants to remain anonymous, or inappropriate content. You can create censor blocks to cover up parts of a photo you want to hide using Photoshop's Rectangular Marquee tool. Use this tool to draw a rectangle, then fill it with color to censor part of your picture.
