Why Is Mozilla Firefox Not Running?
If you are attempting to run Mozilla Firefox, but the browser refuses to open with no displayed error message, it is likely that the files associated with your Firefox profile have become corrupted. Mozilla Firefox makes use of a profile manager utility program to save user preference files separate from the browser save files. When these files become corrupted, the browser is unable to operate as intended. Create a new user profile to resolve this issue.
