Uggs are a fashionable boot made from sheepskin.

True Uggs loyalists can wear their sheepskin boots with any outfit, even blue jeans. However, because of how high the boots extend up your leg, figuring out how to arrange your pant legs can be a challenge. While some women simply cram their jeans into the top of the boots, this can result in severe wrinkling of the denim. Use one of several available techniques the next time you don your boots to keep your jeans smooth and wrinkle-free. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

    • 1

Make an inch-wide cuff at the bottom of each pant leg. Fold the cuff over on itself at least four times -- or until it falls a few inches below your boots. Insert each foot into a boot, and tuck the cuff inside.

    • 2

Place a thick rubber band at the bottom of each pant leg. The rubber band should be snug enough to hold the jeans in place without cutting off circulation or causing discomfort. Slide each foot into your boot.

    • 3

Roll up your jeans until the legs reach mid-shin. Place each foot into the boot, and tuck the roll into the top. Pull the denim taught to avoid wrinkling near your knee.

    • 4

Tuck your jeans into your socks prior to wearing your Uggs. Ensure that your socks still have plenty of elasticity to keep the jeans in place.

Tips & Warnings

  • It is inevitable that some bunching will occur throughout the day. Pull the denim taught, or tuck in your pant legs as needed throughout the day to maintain a smooth, wrinkle-free look.
