How to Infiltrate Baikonur
The first objective in the "Call of Duty: Black Ops" level "Executive Order" is to infiltrate the Cosmodrome at Baikonur. Your mission is to sabotage the rocket launch and assassinate Major General Nikita Dragovich. Before you can get your shot at him, you'll need to first get inside the base. You'll be accompanied by Sergeant Woods, who will aid you in sneaking into the communications building. While there will be plenty of action once you get inside the base, getting in is a matter of stealth.

Follow Woods through the old pipes leading toward the Cosmodrome. Stay behind him in order to avoid being spotted by the helicopters. At the end of the pipes, there will be a short conversation in which you discuss the heightened activity around the base. Once the conversation is through, it's time for you and Woods to head in.

Run across the road and duck behind another pipe to hide from the helicopter as it passes overhead. Woods will instruct you to follow him once the helicopter is out of sight. Crouch and walk slowly as you work your way along the pipe.

Hop over the pipe when Woods tells you to. You will see two guards nearby with their backs to you. Woods will duck behind some debris and wait for your lead. Run up to the guard on the left and stab him in the back. Woods will take care of the other guard.

Drag the bodies toward the yellow marker on your screen to get them out of sight. The screen will fade to black. When it fades back in, you will have put on the guard's uniform. Walk up the road with Woods to meet up with Bowman, who is also disguised. Continue walking into the base until you reach the communications building. At Woods's signal, enter the building. Be aware that you'll be immediately walking into a fight, so have your weapons at the ready.
