How to Fix a W910i Battery

Unlock and remove the battery cover.

Hold the battery with its label side up, then slide it inside the phone. Confirm that the battery connectors are opposite each other.

Replace the battery cover and lock it.

Verify that the ambient temperature is between 41 and 113 degrees Fahrenheit or between plus 5 and plus 45 degrees Celsius; if it's not the desired temperature, move to another room where the ambient temperatures fall within either one of these ranges.

Connect the battery charger to your phone.

Turn off your phone after it shows a full charge, which typically takes 2.5 hours. Press any key to view the status of the battery during this time.

Angle the plug upwards and gently pull to out from your phone.

Remove the battery charger's power plug end from the wall outlet.

Although the battery can be recharged typically more than 100 times, when you notice that your standby or talk continually becomes shorter, it's time to replace it. The exceptions are if the battery is new or if you haven't used it in a few weeks. In either case, the phone won't perform efficiently until about the third battery charge.
