Instructions

    • 1

Purchase a home waxing kit from the drugstore. It should include the wax, wood applicator and cloth strips.

    • 2

Remove the cap from the container of wax. Set it in a microwave; heat the wax for 30 seconds.

    • 3

Dip the wooden spatula into the wax; smooth it on a small section of chest hair. Press a cloth strip firmly over the wax.

    • 4

Grip the edge of the cloth strip; pull it off swiftly against the direction of the hair growth. Repeat Step 2 through Step 5, until all of the chest hair is gone.

    • 5

Rub a quarter-sized amount of massage oil on your chest. It must not contain mineral oil as that can clog pores. Dampen a soft cloth with water; wipe the wax residue. Smooth pure aloe Vera gel over the waxed area.

Tips & Warnings

  • Wax your chest every four to six weeks to keep it smooth.

  • The instructions for heating up the wax can vary depending on the brand. Consult the manufacturer's instructions before heating the wax.

  • Consider using a soy-based wax. It can lessen the pain, making it more suitable for sensitive skin.

  • Do not double-dip applicators into the wax; it can lead to infection.
