Get perfectly arched brows even if you over-plucked.

Most turn directly to an eyebrow pencil to fill in the sparse spots and define the look of their brow. If you don't have an eyebrow pencil handy, you may be looking for other options. Instructions

    • 1

Choose a powder eyeshadow in a color that closely resembles your eyebrow color. A shade slightly lighter than your brow hair is acceptable.

    • 2

Use a small makeup brush with firm bristles. The brush should be angled for proper application of the powder.

    • 3

Hold the brush with the shorter end of the angled bristles nearer to your eye and the longer end closer to your hairline.

    • 4

Use an upward stroke to fill in any sparse areas in your brows with the powder eyeshadow. Resist the temptation to simply draw the brow in the arched shape you want. Brush up with each stroke so the color is applied in the same direction your hairs would naturally grow.

    • 5

Arch your brow upward from just above the corner of your eye to the highest point of the arch above your pupil when you are looking straight ahead.

    • 6

Set your brows with a little clear mascara to hold the hairs in place. If you do not have clear mascara, spritz a bit of hairspray on an eyebrow brush and brush your brows into place.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not choose an eyeshadow shade darker than the color of your brow hairs.
