How to Change a Title Background in WMM
Windows Movie Maker is a free video editing application that allows you to create and edit digital videos on computers running the Windows operating system. One of the program's various editing tools is the Title tool, which allows users to insert title cards into their videos. By default, Windows Movie Maker displays titles on a blue background.
