The DB36-1AV has a "Dual Time" mode that saves the time in an alternate time zone for easy access by the business traveler.

A resin digital watch manufactured by Casio, the DB36-1AV features LED illumination, the ability to store up to 30 names and phone numbers, and up to five alarms. It is also waterproof enough to wear safely while showering or bathing. All of the modes and functions of the watch can be accessed using the four buttons on the side edges of the watch, and the two buttons located on the bottom of the watch face. Instructions

  1. Setting Date/Time

    • 1

      Press the bottom left button until the time and date are displayed, indicating you are in "Timekeeping Mode."

      Press and hold the top left button until the seconds in the time begin to flash.

      Press the buttons on the bottom right or left of the watch to cycle through the various setting options.

      Use the two buttons at the bottom of the watch face to adjust the time and date to your desired setting.

      Press the top left button to save your settings and exit the setting screen.

    Setting Alarm

      Press the bottom left button on the watch until you enter "Alarm Mode," indicated by an "AL" at the top of the screen.

      Press the buttons at the bottom of the watch face to Select from the five available alarms.

      Press and hold the top left button on the watch until the hour flashes.

      Use the bottom left and right buttons to cycle through the different time settings, and use the two buttons at the bottom of the face of the watch to adjust the time.

      Press the top left button to save your alarm settings and exit the setting screen.

    Entering Names and Numbers in Databank

      Press the bottom left button until you reach "Databank Mode," indicated by a "DB" on the screen.

      Press the bottom right button to open the "New Data Screen."

      Press and hold the top left button until a flashing cursor appears.

      Use the two buttons at the bottom of the face of the watch to cycle through the letters of the alphabet to enter a person's name.

      Press the bottom right button to select a character when it appears on the screen. The cursor will move to the next position. The name can only be eight characters long.

      Push the bottom right button to move the cursor to the number area.

    • 17

      Use the two buttons at the bottom of the face of the watch to cycle through the numbers and symbols.

      Press the bottom right button to select a number and move the cursor to the right.

      Press the top left button to save your data and return to the Databank screen.

    • 20

      Access your stored numbers and names by pressing the two buttons at the bottom of the face of the watch to cycle through the stored data.

Tips & Warnings

  • Press the bottom left button to switch between modes. You can choose between Timekeeping, Data Bank, Alarm, Stopwatch, Countdown Timer and Dual Time Modes.

  • Press the top right button to light up the display.

  • If pressing the bottom right button in Databank Mode does not open the New Data Screen, then your memory is full. Delete some data records before attempting to save new ones.
