How to: Makeup for a Bright Red Dress & Fair Skin

With the right makeup, you can look classy and elegant, no matter what the occasion. If you are wearing a red dress and have a fair complexion, choose makeup colors that don't make you look like a clown or wash you out.

• Foundation
• Flat-top brush
• Concealer
• Concealer brush
• Pink blush
• Blush brush
• Highlighting powder
• Powder brush
• Champagne eye shadow
• Small eye shadow brush
• Eyelash curler
• Brown mascara
• Sheer red lip gloss

Instructions

1. Use foundation to even out your skin tone. Apply the foundation over the entire face with a flat-top brush. Gently dab concealer on top of blemishes and under eye circles with a concealer brush.

2. Sweep a light pink blush along your cheekbones with a blush brush. Give your skin a glow by applying a highlighting powder on top of the blush with a powder brush.

3. Apply a champagne-colored eye shadow to your eyelids using a small eye shadow brush. Use an eyelash curler to curl your eyelashes. Add two coats of brown mascara to your eyelashes.

4. Put a sheer red lip gloss on your lips. Choose a shade that is blue-based rather than orange-based so it complements your skin tone.
