How to Make Fairies for Kids

Things You'll Need
- Wooden clothespins
- Wooden balls
- Old fabric
- Scissors
- Construction paper

Create your fairy's body. Use any colors you desire to paint your wooden clothespin.

Attach your fairy's head. After your paint has fully dried, glue a small wooden ball with a hole drilled down the middle to the pointed end of your clothespin. Use markers to draw your fairy's face, then glue pieces of yarn that will serve as her hair to the top of her head.

Cut out your fairy's wings. Begin this step by using a wing-shaped stencil to trace two wings onto a sheet of construction paper. Next, use a pair of scissors to cut out the wings. Carefully glue both wings onto the back of your fairy.

Clothe your fairy. Cut up old pieces of fabric to create skirts and dresses for your fairy, then attach them to the main body with glue.
