1
Paint a 1/8-inch-thick wooden dowel that measures 18 inches long with some acrylic paint. While you can use any color you wish, keep in mind that the dowel will serve as the stem to the flower in the pot. Allow the paint to dry completely.
-
2
Apply a dot of hot glue on one of the ends of the painted dowel.
-
-
3
Press a large silk flower bloom over the hot glue.
-
4
Cut a block of plastic foam so that it tightly fits into an extra-small flower pot. Press the plastic foam into the pot.
-
5
Stick the free end of the wooden dowel through the center of the plastic foam to anchor it.
-
6
Fill the remaining space in the flower pot with synthetic green Easter basket grass.
-
7
Apply your hair clips and bows over the wooden dowel by attaching the clip around the wood.
