How to View Watchers on Craigslist
The Craigslist website lets anyone post an ad for a job, an item for sale or an upcoming event, among other topics. While you can sign up for an optional account to keep track of previous posts, Craigslist itself does not provide analytics to count how many people look at your post or where they are located. You can track your own Craigslist analytics using a third-party analytics tracking service.

1
Sign up for a free account at Clist Counter. It will provide you with a line of HTML code to paste into your Craigslist listing. Put this line of code at the bottom of your post on Craigslist and publish it. Log in to your account at clistcounter.com to view the number of visitors, what time each visitor looked at your ad and the visitor's location based on her IP address. Clist Counter shows visits in real-time so there is no time delay between when someone visits your Craigslist post and when he appears as a hit on your counter.

2
Create a counter for free at craigslistcounter.net. It will display the current view count right on your Craigslist post. Paste the HTML code it gives you into your Craigslist ad where you want the counter to appear. Optionally, customize the color of the counter text and background before generating the code.

Generate a free Craigslist counter at CodBag.com's Hit Counter website. Drag the slider to decrease or increase the font size. Click the square of the text color you want to use. Click "I Like It! Gimme the Code!" to get the corresponding HTML code, which you should paste in your Craigslist post. As new people view your ad the number displayed in the hit counter will increase.
