1
Cover half of the tables with green tablecloths and the other half with purple tablecloths. Use alternate color dinnerware at each table. For example, use purple dinnerware at the tables with green tablecloths. Arrange medium-size green and purple vases down the center of each table and fill the vases with green and purple silk flowers.

2
Cover each of the chairs with slip covers in the opposite color used for the tablecloth. If slipcovers are a bit expensive, tie large organza or tulle ribbons around the back of each chair in the green or purple colors.

3
Make a purple and green towel cake for a central decoration. Fold each of the green and purple towels in half lengthwise and then fold lengthwise again. Roll the towels together to make each tier of the cake and then stack the tiers on top of each other. Wrap purple and green ribbon around the center of each tier to hold it together and top the entire cake with a large green and purple bow.

4
Hang strands of green and purple twinkling lights from the ceiling for an evening celebration. For a daytime celebration, hang garlands of green and purple flowers, instead. You can also adorn the door frames with the floral garlands as well for a daytime or evening celebration.

5
Get a little bit racy and add a bit of a lingerie theme to the bridal shower. Hang a long clothesline across the room or along one wall. Use clothespins to attach green and purple lingerie items across the clothesline.
