Put on safety goggles or other eye protection. Locate loose corners of your particle board. It is common for glued-down particle board to pop up. Use a crowbar, inserting the curved end under the loose section or crack.

Use both hands on the crowbar to lift up and away, pulling up as much of the glued flooring as possible. Move down the length of the board as you pull it up.

Pull out any remaining nails from the floor with the claw side of a hammer or with pliers.

Use a circular saw on pieces you cannot pry up with the crowbar. Use the saw to make a plunge cut along the length of the board, then use the crowbar to pull it up.
