How to Remove a Farmall 400 Release Bearing
The Farmall 400, manufactured by International Harvester, is an older model tractor produced from 1954 to 1956. These tractors are still in use as of 2011. As with all mechanical devices, periodic maintenance and repair is necessary. The release bearing for the Farmall 400 may need to be replaced over time or due to wear and tear. Removing the factory release bearing can be accomplished with minimal difficulty.

Use extreme caution when separating the transmission. These parts are heavy and can cause injury if you're directly underneath.
