How to Make Snapz Pro X Open in Fireworks

Snapz Pro X is a screenshot software program that allows you to take still pictures and movies of anything on your screen. Snapz Pro X even records sound and animation in Adobe Fireworks, a bitmap and vector graphics editor. To do this, you only need to know several shortcuts to make Snapz Pro X open while working in Adobe Fireworks.

Creating Photos of Fireworks with Snapz Pro X

1. Open Adobe Fireworks and begin working on a new project.

2. Open Snapz Pro X by pressing "Ctrl," "Shift" and "3" at the same time. Click on "Selection."

3. Click on the corner boxes to stretch the selection box around your Adobe Fireworks window. Press the "Enter" key to save the screenshot to your computer.

Recording Fireworks with Snapz Pro X

1. Press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "3" to launch Snapz Pro X a second time. Click on "Movie."

2. Click and drag the selection box corners around the Adobe Fireworks window that you want to record.

3. Press the "Enter" key to begin recording. Complete your action and work in Adobe Fireworks while Snapz Pro X records your workflow. When finished, press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "3" to stop recording and save the movie file.
