Instructions

    • 1

Wash and dry your face, remove any old makeup with eye makeup remover and allow your eyelids to dry. Apply your foundation, blush and any other makeup before moving onto your eyes.

    • 2

Dab a small amount of eye makeup primer, about half the size of a pea, onto your index finger and close one eye. Dab the primer over your lid in swift, gentle motions until it is absorbed. Wait five minutes for it to dry.

    • 3

Hold your eyelid slightly taut by pulling the outside corner of your eye up towards your temple. Draw on a line of pencil eyeliner, starting in the outside corner next to your lash line and working across to the inside corner. Repeat with another application of liner.

    • 4

Dip an angled liner brush into loose translucent powder, then blow on the brush for one second. Hold your eyelid taut and apply the powder over the liner in a light layer. Repeat Steps 2 through 4 for your other eye.

    • 5

Close your eyes and spritz your entire face with a layer of makeup-setting spray. Wait 30 seconds before opening your eyes.

Tips & Warnings

  • For a dramatic look, apply liner in a thick line on the outer corners. The line should gradually get thinner as it moves inward.

  • For a natural look, avoid intense black, navy or purple liners and stick with a more natural brown.

  • If you use liquid liner, apply a pencil line first and follow with the liquid liner. Allow it to dry for a minute before continuing with the rest of your makeup application.
