1
Roll a small amount of red fondant into a smooth ball. Use a varying amount, depending on the desired size of the bird. Poke a small hole on its backside with your pin or skewer.
-
2
Roll some fondant to make the rest of the pieces. For the red angry bird, use a yellow cone for the beak, a long red tube for the tuft, a black teardrop shape for the tail, two small black tubes for the eyebrows, two tiny black spheres for the pupils, two small white spheres for the eyes and a flat white circle that will cover about half the front side of your bird, making up the white feathers.

3
Brush some water on the bird's front side. Place the flat circle onto the wet area; the water will act like a glue, fusing the two together. Brush some more water where the beak will go, and put the beak on the bird so that half is on the belly and half is on the red fondant. Snip the cone from the top so that is looks like an open beak.
-
4
Fold the long red tube in half, flattening the top a bit to make the tuft larger. Affix the tuft to the top of the bird's head with the water. Flatten the two small spheres for the eyes and affix them just above the beak. Both eyes should be the same size. Flatten the black spheres for the pupils and add those to the white eyes as well. Affix the eyebrows so they make the bird angry, touching in the center of the two eyes.
-
5
Widen the hole on the bird's backside so you can attach the tail to it. Make two slits in the black tail to make it look more feathery, and then insert it into the hole to attach it.
