How to Install Plugins in Pro Tools

Pro Tools is a professional audio mixing application that enables audio producers to create, mix and modify audio files. You can install plugins to Pro Tools to add functionality to the program. First you copy the plugin files into the Pro Tools plug-ins directory and then you run the Pro Tools Plug-in Updater program. Download this free program from the avid.com website. The updater installs plugins that are copied into the plug-ins directory.
