Instructions

    • 1

Comb hair thoroughly to remove all tangles.

    • 2

Separate a small section of hair at the very base of your nape. Clip remaining tresses up and out of the way. You only need to add length to the bottom of your hair to make milkmaid braids.

    • 3

Clip a single layer of hair extensions onto the bottom section as close to your scalp as possible.

    • 4

Remove the clipped back hair and divide hair in two sections at the base of your head. There's no need to separate the top, just the back.

    • 5

Grab hair taut behind the ear and make a low braid. Secure with a ponytail elastic and repeat on the other side.

    • 6

Fold one braid over the top of your head and secure it at the crown with bobby pins. Continue placing bobby pins as needed to make ensure braid is firmly affixed to your scalp.

    • 7

Repeat step 6 with the remaining braid and affix it to your scalp and the other braid with bobby pins as needed.

    • 8

Mist with hairspray to help hold your style and keep flyaway tresses in place.

Tips & Warnings

  • Bangs add lots of charisma to this style. Brush blunt bangs forward and leave them outside of the braids for a unique and playful look.

  • Never used heated styling tools on fake hair unless they are packaged as heat resistant.
