How to Do Music Notes on the Computer When There Is No Num Lock
Your computer can insert music note characters into documents, even if its keyboard has no "Num Lock" key. Ordinarily, you make music notes using a combination of the "Alt" key and numeric characters that you type into the numeric keypad located on the right-hand side of the keyboard. Although laptop computers and some other keyboards lack this separate keypad, it's possible to make these characters no matter which keyboard you use.
