Dress mannequins as football players and cheerleaders to place around the room, with official looking uniforms from costume shops or from sports shops that carry licensed football gear. Dress football player mannequins in full uniforms and tip the helmet forward to represent the head. Cheerleader mannequins should wear a cheerleader's uniform and place a megaphone on top of the mannequin, with pom poms coming out of the top hole of the megaphone to represent the head.

Set up televisions around the room and play football games during the dinner. Keep the televisions on mute so as not to distract from dinner conversations.
