How to Post Topics at Lavasoft Support
The forum at LavasoftSupport.com is a public discussion board where users can post questions and get help with Ad-Aware and other Lavasoft products. If you are having difficulty with a Lavasoft product and are unable to find the answer to your question on the Lavasoft website or in the included help files, create a Lavasoft Support account and post a new topic for your question on the forum.

Navigate in your Web browser to lavasoftsupport.com. This displays the main page of the forum. If you have a Lavasoft Support account already, click the "Log In" link at the top of the page and provide your username and password. Skip to Step 6. If you do not have an account, click the "Register" link and continue.

Examine the terms of use for the Lavasoft Support forum. Click the check box at the bottom of the window to indicate that you agree to the terms, and then click the "Register" button.

Complete the fields on the page to select your desired login information and provide your email address. Click the "Submit my registration" button in the bottom-right corner of the page.

Check the email address that you provided when creating your Lavasoft Support account. You should find a message with "Lavasoft Support Forums" in the sender field. Open the message and click the activation link. This brings you to the Lavasoft Support login page.

Enter the username and password that you selected when creating your Lavasoft Support account and click the "Log Me In" button.

Click the forum category that you want to post a new discussion topic in, such as "General Support."

Click the "New Topic" button in the upper-right corner of the page.

Type a description of the support issue you want to discuss in the "Topic Title" field.

Type the body of your post in the large field below.

Click the "Post New Topic" button at the bottom of the page to post the topic. Alternatively, click the "Preview Post" button to see what your post will look like when published and make edits if needed.
