Heat two cups of water in a pot until boiling. Lower the heat to a simmer. Break up a chocolate bar into smaller squares, place it in metal bowl and put it over the pot.
-
2
Stir the chocolate as it melts slowly for about two to three minutes. Once melted to a creamy consistency, remove from heat.
-
-
3
Place a quarter-sized amount of chocolate on a silicone baking sheet, working quickly before the chocolate begins to solidify. Space the "quarters" out evenly in rows along the baking sheet.
-
4
Stretch plastic wrap over the top of the baking sheet to cover all the chocolate quarters.
-
5
Press a flat pan lightly on top of the plastic wrap to flatten the chocolate quarters.
-
6
Place the sheet in the fridge to cool. Remove the chocolate quarters from the fridge once cool. Peel off the plastic wrap.
-
7
Wrap each chocolate quarter in a small amount of colored candy foil. Create a poker chip sticker with markers on sticker paper or purchase poker chip stickers. Place the stickers on either side of the foil-wrapped chocolate quarter.
