How to Frame on Top of a Steel Base Angle
You can install a steel building on your property as an additional building to hold work tools, use as extra storage space or to shelter small livestock. By creating a solid concrete base with a notch, you can attach steel base angles that allow metal sheet panels to be attached. When properly installed with the framing panels, the building has a waterproof seal that prevents small pests from entering. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
If installing insulation, attach double-sided tape along the base angle. Affix the insulation before screwing on the metal panels. Base angles are normally installed as the second type of framing after the erection of the wooden studs.
