How to Sync Zoho CRM With Google
Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management platform that follows the SaaS model -- software as a service. There are no apps to download; instead, you log in to the Zoho app online. Another SaaS platform, Google Apps, has built-in support for the Zoho CRM application on its own platform. By sycning the two services together, you can access the Zoho CRM app from inside Google Apps.

Sign in to your Google Apps dashboard at Google.com/a/.

Click the "Shop the Marketplace" app near the top of the page.

Type "Zoho CRM" into the search box at the top of the screen; then press the Enter key.

Click the "Zoho CRM" link in the search results.

Click the "Add It Now" button, and then click "I agree. Continue."

Click the "Grant Data Access" button. Zoho CRM is now connected to your Google Apps account. Click the "Zoho CRM" link on your Google Apps dashboard page to access the app.
