Instructions

    • 1

Condition your hair daily after you shampoo with a conditioner that is designed for dry or damaged hair. This conditioner contains keratin and proteins that enrich your hair. While you put the conditioner in your hair and as you rinse, give your scalp a massage to increase the blood flow and to slough off dead skin cells.

    • 2

Apply a deep-conditioning treatment once a week after you shampoo. A deep-conditioning treatment is designed to replenish and nourish hair that is damaged with heat styling and brushing. It is more concentrated than daily conditioner, so applying it once a week will allow it to work without causing residue in your hair. After applying the deep conditioner, let it soak in your hair for five minutes before thoroughly rinsing.

    • 3

Apply warm coconut or olive oil to your hair and let soak for 30 minutes once or twice a month. Warming the oil allows it to be absorbed into your growth zone and hair shaft faster, thus moisturizing your hair better than if it were cold or room temperature. Rinse the oil thoroughly.

Tips & Warnings

  • To nourish your hair from the inside out, eat foods rich in B vitamins and amino acids.

  • Sleep and rest regenerates cells and secretes the growth hormone.
