Instructions

    • 1

Hold the plywood sheet up to the corner where the corner desk will be located. Ask a friend to assist you. Push the sheet into the corner and make two marks on each side of the plywood sheet with a pencil, where you want the corner desk’s front to be. Place the plywood sheet on the floor and connect the two marks using a pencil and ruler to create a full triangle.

    • 2

Cut the triangle plywood piece with the circular saw. Sand the edges to remove potential splinters. Apply one or two layers of paint or stain to the custom-cut plywood piece to create a look that matches your existing décor or room design.

    • 3

Place a wall stud finder on one wall that makes the corner. Make a pencil mark when the device lights up to indicate a wall stud. Repeat the process on the other wall making the corner. Ensure that both wall studs are along the sides of the desktop.

    • 4

Install two shelving brackets on the walls that make the corner using the two-inch-long screws and a cordless screwdriver. Use the level to ensure the brackets are even and vertically placed on the wall for the best results.

    • 5

Install the corner desk to the installed wall brackets by placing the desk on top of the brackets and push it into the corner. Screw half-inch-long screws through the brackets into the desk using installation holes on the brackets for guidance. Attach the screws from the bottom upwards to hide the heads of the screws and give the corner desk a clean finish.
