You can add more precise borders in Microsoft PowerPoint 98 or PowerPoint 2000 by using the Drawing toolbar.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Go to the slide to which you want to add borders.
Step2
Click the Rectangle icon on the Drawing toolbar.
Step3
Drag from one corner of the slide to the opposite corner to create the border.
Step4
Use the Drawing toolbar to select the line thickness, color, and No Fill, so you can still read the text and graphics on the slide.
Step5
Copy the border you have created and use it on all of the slides in your presentation.

Tips & Warnings

  • To ensure consistency throughout your presentation, use the same border on each slide.
