How to Eliminate a Blog Title When Using a Custom Header in Blogspot

Google's Blogspot service can display your blog's title at the top of each page or hide it if you upload an image to use as a custom header. If you use a custom header that contains the title of your blog, you may want to change Blogspot's settings to hide your blog's title to prevent it from being displayed over the image. Hide the title of your blog using the Design section of Blogspot's dashboard menu.
