How to Export Birthdays From Facebook via a CSV File?
Facebook lets you view all of your friends' birthdays in one place on the Birthdays page, but it does not let you export a list of birthdays in CSV format. However, the "Export Friends to CSV" Facebook application can do this on your behalf. Transfer your Facebook contacts' birthdays into a spreadsheet, then import that information into an address book or CRM, or simply print the spreadsheet to reference regularly so you never forget to send a birthday wish.

Log in to your account at facebook.com.

Visit the "Export Friends to CSV" application page at apps.facebook.com/friendstocsv.

Click "Allow" on the "Request for Permission" page to install this application.

Check the "Birthday" box in addition to any other fields you want to export, such as "Current Location" or "Last Name."

Click "Create CSV File" to generate the export file.
