How to Scan With a Canon 3035


The Canon ImageRunner 3035 is a monochrome, full-range digital office copier with scanning capabilities. The Canon 3035 has a scanning resolution of 600-by-600 dots per inch and can scan single or multiple documents -- up to 35 per minute. Besides being able to scan to a network server, the ImageRunner 3035 may also be customized to scan directly to any email address you choose. Use the Canon ImageRunner 3035 properly to ensure quality scans.

  • Press the "Power" button on the user interface panel to turn on the scanner.

  • Push the "Scan" button to put the Canon 3035 in scan mode.

  • Press the "Settings" button, and then press "Change Source" to choose where the scans will be sent.

  • Push "Server" to have the scans sent to the network server or "Email" to have scans automatically sent to an email address. If you choose email, use the touch screen on the user interface panel to enter the email address you want the scans sent to.

  • Press "Done."

  • Lift the Canon 3035's document cover and place the document you want to scan face down on the scanning surface. To scan multiple documents, place up to 35 documents face up in the manual feeder.

  • Press "Start" to scan the documents to the chosen destination.

  • Remove the documents from the scanner when you're done.

  • Press the "Power" button to turn the Canon ImageRunner 3035 off.
