How to Cancel Hair Club for Men

Despite the name, the Hair Club, formerly known as the Hair Club for Men, does not involve actual membership. The Hair Club provides hair restoration treatments for both men and women suffering from thinning hair. Treatment options include hair transplants and non-surgical options, such as toupees, combs with growth-promoting lasers attached, and special shampoos and other hair care products. The first two steps of Hair Club treatment involve a consultation to determine your needs and scheduling your first treatment appointment. If you need to cancel the Hair Club, you must do so before receiving treatment. Otherwise, you will remain responsible for the cost of the treatment.

Instructions

1. Contact Hair Club customer service at [phone].

2. Tell a representative that you want to cancel the consultation or treatment you scheduled. The representative will request the reason for your cancellation.

3. Give your reason for cancellation. If you cancelled or financial reasons, tell the representative that you can no longer afford treatment. If health or other personal reasons are the cause of the cancellation, give as much information as you are comfortable with. The representative may try to convince you to reschedule so you can continue the treatment plan, but if you tell her that your decision to cancel is final, she will process the cancellation.

4. Request the return of any refundable deposit you paid toward treatment. Also request the Hair Club stop sending mailings, phone calls, emails or other communications.
