How to Restore Tarnished Magnalite Cookware

      Pour a mixture of 1 teaspoon of cream of tarter for every 4 cups of water into the cookware. Bring it to a boil and maintain the boil for 10 minutes.

      Drain the solution from the cookware. Rinse it clean and wipe the inside with a soft cloth.

      Create a thick paste of baking soda and water. Apply the paste to the outside of the cookware. Scrub the outer surface with a nylon scrub pad, using the baking soda solution as an additional abrasive to remove the tarnish and discoloration.
