Rate: (0 Ratings)

Adjusting the rows and columns in a Microsoft PowerPoint 98 or PowerPoint 2000 table can help balance slide content and control the overall look of a slide.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Position the pointer over the row or column line you want to adjust until the pointer becomes a double-headed arrow.
Step2
Drag the row or column line to where you want it.

Tips & Warnings

  • To adjust column height, you need to work in rows instead of columns.
  • In PowerPoint 98, you can also use the table-editing window to specify precise column and row measurements. Select the row or column you want to change, then choose Cell Height or Width from the Table menu.
