Baby booties are one way parents and friends prepare for a new addition.

Crocheting booties for the baby boys in your life shows your talent and keeps their cute little toes warm. Baby feet are so tiny that the booties take neither a long time nor a lot of yarn. When choosing yarn for your booties, choose a soft, fine yarn. There are several brands that make yarn especially for baby products. You are not limited to blue yarn for your baby shoes. Use other pastel colors such as green, purple or even yellow. Even try earth tones such as brown or tan.
