How to Add a Top Menu Bar in Blogspot

Log in to your Blogger account and click the name of the blog you want to edit.

Click “Layout” from the left menu. You will see your blog’s gadgets and layout on this page.

Click the “Add a Gadget” link in the top toolbar area under your header.

Click the “+” button next to “Link List.”

Type a number in the text box that indicates how many links you want to display.

Type the URL address and name for the link, then click the “Add Link” button.
