How to Stream iTunes Visualizers
ITunes is good for more than transferring music to your iPod -- use the program to listen to your favorite playlists right on your computer. When you stream the iTunes visualizer, colorful designs and images flash across your screen as the music plays. The visualizer is intuitive, changing to match the speed and style of song that is currently playing on iTunes. Visualizer is standard on iTunes for both Mac and PC, and can be turned off at any time.

Hover your mouse over the "Visualizer" menu in the "View" menu. Choose either "iTunes Visualizer" or "iTunes Classic Visualizer" from the options. Both types of visualizers operate the same way, but the ambiance designs are different -- choose the visualizer you find most visually appealing by clicking its name once to see a preview.
