How to Link a Folder Between VMware & a Mac
VMware Fusion for the Mac allows to run Windows or Linux in a virtualized environment. The program has two sharing features that let you link folders between your Mac and virtual machine, so you can open your Mac's files and save files to the shared folder from within your virtual machine. Although the folder sharing feature displays the shared folder on your virtual machine's desktop, the mirroring option configures your virtual machine to use your Mac's default folders for the desktop, documents, music and pictures.
